Organizes and troubleshoots all processes required to carry out day-to-day support for distance education students such as, but not limited to: orientation, distribution of materials, exam processes, program sequence, course evaluations, course permits, graduation, and ID process. Acts as Testing Center Proctor and testing center resource for student's faculty, UNC Online, and off-campus proctors. Utilizes various software including MS Office, Banner Finance, and Banner Student to compose, create, and review student, site, faculty, and office information to communicate with students, faculty, and staff. Works directly with Program Managers to provide program support, feedback, and suggestions for program enrollment and student success.
Minimum Experience / Education:
Graduation from high school, or completion of its equivalency, and three years of office/clerical work experience; or an equivalent combination of training/experience.
Preferred Education Skills and Experience:
Two to five years in a customer service role.
Two years of program/project management, test proctoring or related experience.
Proficient in MS Office
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to analyze and evaluate daily, weekly and monthly program needs.
Demonstrated success in following through and completing daily tasks.
