The team develops and scales across the enterprise high-impact, web and mobile-centric Asset Services digital experience.
As a Senior Manager D&T for Asset Services, you'll be responsible for the vision and execution of Asset Services features, collaborating with Scrum team, Product Managers on the servicing experience to develop a cohesive ecosystem. You will drive the Project execution, influence Product Roadmap with Product Owner, Help prioritizing the Engineering team's sprint backlog, participate actively in all phases of the iteration process, Financial management, Resource Management and Leader communication and collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Development, Test & Learn, Engineering, Operations and other Business Units. The team you would join is based in Richardson, TX.
Partner and communicate with Technology Leaders and Business Leaders, various Business stakeholders, Product managers and Lead a 7-9-person agile scrum team to develop, maintain, and upgrade full-stack client-facing applications for Services/Web and Mobile Apps according to product roadmap, adhering to platform digital strategy.
Accountable for initiatives including Capital expenditures (CAPEX) and operating expenses (OPEX) - Financial & Resource management, Forecasting and Smooth execution of the initiatives, fulfilling backlog of Platform debts
Accountable for resolving Client Desktop issues partnering with Business Support Group and improvise productivity of Real Estate Managers, Property Managers.
Own and oversee the resolution of production issues upon rollout the of the product, crisp and clear communication with Leaders with detailed status reporting
Ownership and Accountable for the scrum team, responsible for delivering product meeting business requirements and performance of products for various markets US, EMEA and APAC for Asset Services.
Actively manage a product backlog of features and capabilities that are groomed and prioritized in close collaboration with multiple scrum teams.
Responsible for agile practices and ceremonies to reinforce agile development and incremental delivery of Product features to ensure timelines and requirements are aligned Influence team members by challenging status quo, demonstrating risk taking and implementing innovative ideas to improve productivity for scrum team by analyzing work flow and contributing to enable the team to be more effective, productive, and demonstrating faster and stronger results.
Research and maintain a deep understanding of current and emerging technologies and solutions to solve business opportunities.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of six to ten years of related experience and/or training, including 2-3 years of management level experience. SKILLS REQUIRED:
Demonstrated experience in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) software development methodologies. Passion for creating best-in-class products, platforms and customer experiences that are user-centric
Must be able to plan Product development all the way to Rollout ( with incremental smooth rollouts) Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build positive relationships and consult with various stakeholders and cross commit teams
