Job Description Summary: Ensures application of systems thinking principles, allowing team members to independently design, code, test, and deploy software. Provide the necessary documentation to support the software Development Life Cycle. Develop prototypes and solutions leveraging a diverse range of technology. Apply modern principles, methodologies, tools, and systemic processes to support the launch new business capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree /or equivalent formal training, certifications, or work experience in coding. Requires three (3) year qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
Job Specific Information: Selected candidate will be a developer for a team delivering for FedEx.com Digital experience solutions using Adobe Experience Manager.
This position will support the FedEx Adobe Experience manager platform that serves multiple operating companies and regions. Experience developing in and supporting the Adobe Experience Manager Platform. DevOps experience a plus.

Previous experience working on large/complex projects
Recent experience leading major departmental projects with vendor interface and bridging external and internal work initiatives to benefit the project and department.
Analyzes business processes and IT capabilities to recommend strategic and tactical solutions, and identifies cross-organizational impacts
Proactively coach team members; participates on core teams; mentors less tenured staff; demonstrates exceptional leadership and maturity
Lead and/or assist in resolution of complex project
Ability to demonstrate negotiation skills/techniques, provide thought leadership, balance work in a highly challenging fast-paced environment, make progress with limited information and minimal oversight and collaborate on large teams are key success factors for this position
Experience supporting the Adobe Experience Manager platform a plus
Solid experience in UNIX/LINUX including scripting
DevOps mindset and aptitude to incorporate build, test and delivery automation into the development process.
Experience with DevOps technology and tools (Jenkins, Git, Containers, Cloud) a plus
Solid experience in applying Cloud native principles and CI/CD technologies
Knowledgeable in agile practices for quality software development and delivery
Contribute to a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and operational excellence by identifying and implementing best practices and process improvements into the product development culture.
Provide mentoring and technical direction and leadership to less experienced team members
