The Web Application Developer collaborates with campus clients and team members to provide solutions for Carleton’s web needs. As a member of the Web Services Group, they will work with a cross-functional team of IT and marketing professionals to respond to client needs and continuously improve the college’s web presence.
This is a full-time 12-month (1.0 FTE) position and is eligible for Carleton’s full benefits package.

The successful candidate possesses a bachelor’s degree and has three years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience and has a demonstrated experience developing with WordPress (preferred) or other open source CMS. Preferred qualities include experience with open-source software development and responsive web design, project management methodologies, and course management systems such as Moodle.
