Financial Planning and Analysis Manager (1805234) – Iselin, NJ
Where the Chemistry Happens
· As an integral member of the Mobile Emissions Catalyst (G-CCE) global business controlling organization, you will be responsible for key process and analyses that support various activities related to the G-CCE global controlling organization's mission, including strategic planning and reporting processes.
Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent
Leveraging your education in Accounting, Finance, or relevant technical discipline combined with higher level business schooling and your professional experience in a Finance or Accounting field, you will manage the budgeting process and lead the monthly forecasting process (and associated consolidations) for the global business unit.
Your strong proficiency in financial analysis will be a valued asset as you perform economic evaluations of various investment and associated projects and prepare monthly commentary and analysis of the global business unit's financial results. Additionally, you will conduct ad-hoc analyses in support of business unit and divisional management requirements.
Utilizing your solid business acumen, you will facilitate capital expenditure governance, control, and financial reporting processes.
Driving strategic decisions for the business, you will serve as a business partner, promoting long-term value creation with sound financial analysis and decision support. Additionally, you will use your robust project management experience to drive initiatives and lead teams associated with process improvement across a scope of responsibilities.
As a role model, you will maintain the highest standards of integrity and professionalism while also implementing any required internal controls.
