Responsiblities 

• Onboarding investors in accordance with established procedures, coordinating with third-party administrators where applicable
• Acting as a point of contact for a sub-set of existing investors, ensuring investors' needs are met and that service levels are monitored and maintained
• Liaising with third-party administrators and internal teams to provide responses to recurring and ad-hoc data requests
• Drafting & producing an allocation of investor reports
• Participating in prospective investor due diligence visits, as required
• Partnering with Business Development to produce qualitative responses to RFPs/DDQs
• Delivering responses to client and consultant questionnaires and databases

Requirements 

• Must have preivous Real Estate experience 
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in client services, investor relations or related function within or supporting the investment management industry
• Excellent writing and project management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
