Responsible for project support activities supporting existing projects, and supporting the Project Managers. Duties may include project tracking related to cost, quality and schedule. Developing and producing relevant project reports. Developing and producing other project management related meeting materials as required by the project specialists. Assist with the scheduling of meetings, including meeting rooms, inviting participants, etc. May assist with communication to the project team, customers/stakeholders and vendors as required.
1. Project tracking, including cost, quality and schedule as required by the project management staff.
2. Develop required reports, using Excel, Access and possibly other project tracking software.
3. Assist with the development of documents, including presentations and handouts for meetings.
4. Assist with meeting coordination and meeting logistics.
5. Assist with communications materials to project team, customers/stakeholders, and possibly vendors.
