The Program Manager under general supervision, provides high-level expertise in the tracking and reporting of major capital/operations projects. Prepares high-level financial reports for management on a regular basis. Assists management in preparing the annual capital/operations budget. Communicates and resolves all matters of financial concern effectively and timely. Demonstrates initiative, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills in organizing and prioritizing work. Ensures compliance with departmental and regulatory policies and policies. Independently trouble-shoots problems and implements corrective action. Assists in the review and negotiation of new contracts, and serves as the department liaison to other departments. In the event of an internal audit, works closely with auditors and provides requested documentation. Applies a detailed knowledge of the areas of assigned responsibility, and a general knowledge of the department functions and its interrelation with the larger Health System organization. Ensures the timely completion of work assignments in accord with established time-lines.
Act as project manager for SOCCI strategic planning, network relationship, financial management and value-based initiatives to contribute to the achievements of NCI accreditation for the SOCCI, maximize the quality of patient care and to lower the per capita cost of care.
Strategic planning projects to support NCI Designation with Dr. Theodorescu.
Gathering data to develop and writing SOCCI strategic plan.
Project management to support plan including consulting coordination.
Support for strategic recruitment including senior level job posting support and onboarding planning .
Staff Supervision – number of staff to be determined. Organize and lead staff meetings – slides, agenda, meeting minutes.
Support SOCCI Advertising campaign 1-800-Cedars-1 – monitor all incoming emails and referrals, frequent check-ins with PSR.
T&E monitoring – email MDs of late certifications.
PBS work queues – conduct weekly on Mondays; sent outstanding items to Leticia and appropriate MA/PSR for edits over 30 days.

Team Work/Customer Relation Responsibilities
Work with SOCCI administrative team to allocate resources to achieve project management and financial management goals. Maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors to achieve goals. Help patients as needed during project work.
