JOB SUMMARY Coordinates and develops more complex and/or higher profile internal and/or external communication materials (newsletters, press releases, and internet/intranet pages) and events, broadening knowledge and further developing skills. May occasionally act as a liaison to external communications service providers. May provide communication consultation to internal departments. May provide support for media relations efforts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists with background research and content development for speeches and presentations.
Writes press releases for manager review and web postings.
Along with others, creates and publishes content, including feature articles, for public website and intranet
May contribute to the development and production of marketing presentations and collateral materials.
Tracks and monitors media coverage
Occasionally promotes CBRE through events and editorial venues; may include coordinating sponsorships and assisting in event planning.
Supports communications needs of corporate operations and/or designated business groups and departments. Engages in the development and execution of communications programs. Coordinates a variety of specialized communication responsibilities.
Maintain visibility in approved social media channels social media marketing campaigns for all three business lines, as well as including routine posting of press releases and research content
On-site support of company-led conferences that utilize digital technology, such as iPads
Assist in scripting for and working with vendors on production of company videos for use on the website and in office spaces

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or a related discipline from 4-year college or university, and a minimum of four to 6 years of relevant experience
