The Welcome Center is a part of Harvard Public Affairs and Communications and serves as the
Bachelor's Degree required with 3 plus years of Customer Service and Project Management experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google docs, databases
Professional experience and demonstrated ability in these domains: CMS Technology, Web Analytics and web-based management and reporting tools, database management.
Strong understanding of higher education
Demonstrated ability to work with and manage team members from a variety of backgrounds, disciplines and levels of expertise.
Aptitude for learning and applying new technologies quickly and effectively.
Experience working with copyright and intellectual property issues.
Able to work and manage undergraduate and graduate student staff
Able to work and communicate with Information Technology Team on maintenance and repair
Strong written, interpersonal and customer service skills with a diverse community
Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
This position requires strong Project Management ability and ability to manage time and priorities.
Candidate must possess the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with a variety of projects and constituencies.
Must be innovative, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle difficult situations with a high level of professionalism.
