Provides program and staff support for two Wexner Center for the Arts departments: Exhibitions and Film/Video. Manages all travel arrangements for Wexner Exhibitions and Film/Video staff as well as visiting artists; post-travel follow-up and documentation; develops and oversees systems to facilitate purchasing and budget projections; manages pro-card and reconciliation, coordinates administrative functions including management of databases, program files, and archives; assists program directors with all details of exhibitions/special projects as assigned. Requires successful completion of a background check prior to start date.
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience; experience with current versions of Word and Excel; ability to multitask and work independently; excellent communication skills.
Working knowledge of University accounting, purchasing, travel systems, and PeopleSoft processes; knowledge of 21st century art emphasizing contemporary art; prior experience in public art institution.
Target Salary: $15.51 - $18.27 Hourly
