Provides general office support and budgetary support to assigned Director(s) and/or Manager(s) within the University Information Technology Services division and/or the Office of the Vice President of Information Technology. Includes providing budgetary support, analysis and recommendations, coordinates all meeting logistics and travel arrangements for assigned executives, drafting correspondence and purchasing requisitions and other clerical functions. Includes customer service oriented administrative functions that support various initiatives and activities within the organization. Specifically this position is assigned to provide direct executive level administrative support to 4 Directors and multiple Managers affiliated with the Enterprise Systems division and the User Experience Officer of University Information Technology Services (UITS).
REQUIRED: High School Diploma or GED and three years of office environment experience.
Knowledge of computer and word processing/database/spreadsheet software. Knowledge of standard office equipment. Excellent communication skills. Good organizational skills. Ability to analyze complex information and exercise independent judgment.
Experience with University policies and procedures.
