This Resource Technologist A position reports to the Technical Director of the Human Immunology Core (HIC) Facility at the University of Pennsylvania. This individual is responsible for the performance of immunology assays including flow cytometry, multiplex luminex assay, digital ELISA, ELISA and ELISPOT assays. In addition, this individual will assist the Technical Director with new assay development, data analysis and results reporting. Additional duties include blood / tissue processing, equipment maintenance, reagent selection and validation, and developing or updating standard operating procedures.
