Global Transaction Services (GTS) provides liquidity management, payments and receipts, trade and supply chain finance, foreign exchange and commercial card services to three million small businesses, thousands of middle market companies, and to multinational corporations, financial institutions and governments around the world.
Digital Channels Product manager will be part of the APAC Treasury Product team responsible for managing and supporting the CashPro suite of products (Online, Mobile, API, Connect). This individual will report to the Head of APAC GTS Digital Channels and work closely with Digital Channel peers, as well as GTS product and sales partners, and technology, fulfillment and service partners to ensure delivery of global Channel capabilities to our clients.
Partner closely with in-country Product Managers across APAC to gather the regional client and regulatory requirements, build the business cases for funding these new initiatives and then works closely with the global team to prioritize, develop and commercialize the Digital Channels capabilities in the region.
Partner with global Product Managers to oversee development of the Digital Channel applications to satisfy local client requirements while ensuring adherence to globally consistent standards.
Provide subject matter expertise, with innovative ideas and collaboration for the development and delivery of Digital Channels initiatives.
Interact with clients to gain insights related to business needs and to provide product training.
Manage CashPro Connect (h2h) and Integration capabilities across all channels and in support of all integrated applications.
Act as a champion for Digital Channels platform product managers participating in governance meetings, issue escalation, and cross channel integration discussions.
Prioritize and rationalize the business needs to be incorporated into multi-generational development plans which align to development timelines, funding levels and evolving digital transformation priorities.
Partner with Legal, Compliance & Risk to ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory requirements related to Digital Channels & integrate Global Information Securities (GIS), compliance, target infrastructure and core product partner's input into strategic goals.
Define the pricing for Digital Channel products and track the channel-related revenues and volumes to facilitate product management routines around the product financial life cycle, inclusive of revenue and total cost of ownership.
