Job Description The Business Support Manager will report to the Client & Business Management Executive and will support the Metro NY Market of U.S. Trust. The individual will manage diverse administrative functions usually for a very large, complex department or business unit. Functions managed may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, compensation, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, and communication. May consult with senior management to define and manage projects that encompass and impact many associates. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business unit's functional area or products. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices. The position entails managing complex issues with broad impacts across U.S. Trust to successful and timely completion. Additionally, the position requires that the incumbent consult with senior management in evaluating current processes and developing strategies to implement changes and improvements.
5 + years of years overall experience in the Wealth Management LOB, preferably 2 plus years of strong knowledge of US Trust.
Strong understanding of and experience in banking, lending and investment products
Project Management experience
Proven strong communication skills (written and oral)

Proven analytical mindset and quantitative capabilities, with some experience working with large data sets
