East Marietta Animal Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative for a busy three doctor practice. Our practice has recently added a doctor which means we are growing! The animal hospital business is always fast paced and challenging mentally. Our Client Service Representatives are ambassadors for our hospital which makes them an important part of our team. We are looking for people that are outgoing, friendly, curious, honest, professional, efficient, and are team players. Our goal is to provide the best care possible for our patients while making their owners feel like family.
Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday, 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Our staff hours begin shortly before opening and are generally finished shortly after closing barring unforeseen circumstances. Individuals applying should have open availability during our staff hours. We are in an area with many restaurants, shopping, and other amenities close by. The hospital provides state of the art equipment including digital radiographs, digital dentistry radiographs, and Idexx blood analyzers. If you are looking for a wonderful environment, room to grow with the business, continuing education, very competitive salary, and insurance coverage, then you will be a good addition to our team!
We are remodeling which means that there will be several changes in the environment, in equipment and in procedures; therefore, you should be flexible and welcome change happily. Excellent communication skills in person and by phone are an absolute necessity as well as the ability to learn quickly. Experience in the animal hospital field is appreciated but not necessary. Please send your resume filled with great customer/client service experience and include a COVER LETTER THAT ANSWERS THE FOLLOWING THREE QUESTIONS:
What are your long-term career goals? What would you call your dream job? (Our organization has careers for long-term employees as well as employees working toward other goals.)
What are your salary goals and what are your expectations for beginning salary?
Very frequently when dealing with pet parents, there can be emotions that the client does not voice but can express inappropriately. How would you handle an emotional pet parent (please be specific)?
Thank you for applying with us and we hope to hear from you soon!
