Job Specific Information: Duties for this role include but not limited to design, models, configures, test and installs databases. Document databases backup recovery, capacity and security plans. Administers, maintains and implement changes to existing databases to meet customer requirements.
Skills/Knowledge considered a plus: Oracle Database Administration/Engineering Oracle Database Tuning SQL Tuning Database Administration/Engineering Relational Database Design Performance Tuning Database Tuning High availability (HA) strategies Backup, Recovery and Disaster Recovery Proficiency in scripting languages, Python, Shell, Perl, PHP Knowledge of Operating System concept, Linux and Windows
Additional skills considered a plus: Experience with Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services Knowledge of Database Security and Data Security Experience in DevOps or DevSecOps for Database Project Management skills

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree /or equivalent formal training, certifications, or work experience in coding. Two (2) years equivalent work experience or engineering environment. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
