System Maintenance Services in East Hartford & Middletown Facilities
Monitor and process Facilities Seating Management Tool (FSMT) for the East
Hartford and Middletown facilities related to all CONNOP's moves in accordance with
outlined agreement or UTC MTA agreement). Services are to include the following:
Monitor and process move and reconfiguration tasks via SAP work order system per
Prepare drawings and layouts of existing and proposed configurations including changes to the factory and office floor space for office projects.
Provide updates and modifications based on customer's input and feedback onproposed designs by PM's.
Provide weekly written project update to PM.
Provide final written as built drawing changes for site Auto-cad files, seating
management programs, and final Documenteum files per PW requirements.
Conduct weekly review of FSMT / moves and troubleshoot / fix anomalies as required
Perform maintenance reviews of the FSMT for upgrades and reports to ensure the following:
Accurate move coordinator and executive approver's list
Changes to the tool
Field verification updates
Communication of the tool updates to end users via email
Maintain poly lines for occupancy charges
Complete daily batch run to update the FSMT information feed for daily moves
Work with ICMS for flawless processing of all moves
Perform weekly review of ICMS moves
Work with Software Contractor and in-house IT Department on system upgrades
Services must include proficient use of the following systems:
Microsoft Office Software and Microsoft Project
Autodesk 3D Revit Software
Experience with 3D building scanning, point cloud file creation, and modeling
Building Management Systems including programming, operating and integration
with related systems.
Complex facility MEP drawings
Use 2D and 3D graphics to create simulations for new product lines in the shops
Displaying Material flow, Tooling flow, Product flow, Capacities
Use of 2D and 3D graphics to create simulations to create rendering and displays
Attend mandatory weekly coordination section which occurs every Monday at 9am.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from College or University in a technical area of study. Minimum four years of related experience and/or training.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
PMP (US and/or Canada) and LEED AP preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read and understand architectural drawings. Knowledge in MS Project, leases, contracts, and construction practices.
