Responsible for the management of the Fisher Global Council (FGC) effort. Develops strategic and outreach plans to advance significantly the impact alumni and friends have on the overall success of the Fisher College; Manages a staff member who will handle and coordinate logistics for event programming efforts of the FGC. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Operations in Advancement. Designs and executes all strategic efforts to ensure success; Coordinates with the Associate to the Dean and other college leadership in their role to be the externally facing aspects of the plan.
Works with the Sr. Director of Operations to define clear objectives and metrics to evaluate success in the areas of Advancement, Alumni and Marketing and Communications; Project management; Process establishment and management; Data analysis. Serves as the main point of contact for creating donor and alumni lists for internal purposes and performs queries for invitation and email distribution.
Creates strategy and process on Advancement – focused initiatives, events and projects. Manages a diverse project portfolio and advises team overseeing a variety of work functions; Collaborates closely with Alumni partners and stakeholders throughout the university. Must be able to successfully manage in a highly organized way to be sure that all marketing and event efforts reflect positively to enhance the reputation of the college.
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience; 3-5 years of experience in project management or alumni relations; strong track record in program and process development/implementation/management; exemplary communications, writing, organization and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented; self-starter; ability to work independently and as a collaborative, cooperative, supportive team member; ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively meet competing deadlines; experience with Microsoft Office suite software and transitioning to job-specific software tools.
Target Salary: $48,000.00 - $54,000.00 Annually
