JOB SUMMARY

Responsibilities include developing and implementing the strategic direction and day-to-day leadership for local and regional market; managing short and long term revenue growth and profitability of assigned regional and local market; integrating a variety of services and growing market/client share; guiding direct reports in client service orientation and consultative sales as well the effective, efficient and ethical operation of their respective teams and/or accounts; building a cohesive, diverse team dedicated to ongoing improvement of the company's service delivery platform and enhancing effective and rewarding client relationships.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Operations

Ensures the integration of all functions; i.e. sales, marketing, finance, operations, project management, MIS, legal, human resources, etc.
Builds strong business operations and sets specific, measurable, challenging yet achievable goals and objectives.
Evaluates industry and business trends in local market area for potential impact on operations and responds with necessary business changes as indicated.
Formulates, negotiates and executes contracts with the client and vendors.

Business Development

Responsible for driving sales and strategic targeting of key markets/prospects for business growth opportunities.
Analyzes financial performance indicators and local market area activity. Targets key markets/prospects for business growth opportunities.
Generates powerful proposals and makes convincing presentations to achieve new business.
Collaborates with President, EMD, SMDs and MDs to develop a concise plan to accomplish the retention and acquisition of clients/markets, focusing on our value-add as
