The Rates Cash and Repo Securities Execute program role's primary objective is to ensure timely impact assessment and delivery of new business and productivity initiatives for the European and Global Rates, Cash and Repo businesses. These initiatives work back into priorities set by the relevant trading and sales desks heads and business management, whilst coordinating the Middle Office change agenda. The EMEA project role will be to own the project management of a range of initiatives from new business markets through to productivity initiatives, ensuring efficient delivery, on time with clear progress updates. The role balances key business partnerships with market vendors, front office trading and sales, operations & technology with project disciplines and people management skillsets. This is a key bridgehead role for the Fixed Income Cash Middle Office as an introduction and delivery point for new and pipeline business activity.
The role entails the direct support of the Cash and Repo Fixed Income trading and sales desks new business and pipeline activities
Product Development and Project management - new products / process / infrastructure / productivity
Management communication / transparency in local / regional / global level forums
Delivery of the work slate across EMEA Rates, Repo and Client Services securities execute program (new business and productivity initiatives)
Representation of program team for the designated initiatives at a senior business / business management level across the bank
Synchronization of operations & technology engagement in the program delivery
Communication and engagement into cross business and market forums of Rates strategy and delivery agenda
Communication to senior management of project status
Building and maintaining strong business, operations and technology relationships
Market facilitation and representation of JPM program positions
Securities Markets experience within an Investment Bank environment
Strong industry and operational knowledge of Securities Markets
Strong project management skills sets, with proven delivery of E2E solutions in investment bank products
A background in trading and sales technology / market connectivity for fixed income
Excellent communication; the role requires on-going dialogue and negotiation with Trading and Sales desks, operations and 3rd parties on a local and regional level
Leadership; evidenced vision / direction and delivery projects / change
