Key Responsibilities:
Aligning leadership programs with the talent needs of the Risk Organization
Developing innovative and tailored program features - selection, rotation assignments, final placements, learning series, orientation week
Mentoring and coaching program participants
Working with managers to identify program participants and rotation assignments
Communicating effectively and consistently with various cohorts in program design and implementation
Planning, coordinating and managing annual training/orientation week
Overseeing various VOE related workstreams; including but not limited to the Risk Collaborate sites, initiatives such as the Risk Cross-Training Program, Risk Leadership & You Series, Risk Recognition Program, and the Ask me Anything Series, as well as relevant VOE communications.
Coordination of various tasks and projects related to the Risk Talent Development Committee (RTDC)
Program Management: Responsible for managing the Risk Traveling Fellows Program (RTF) and Women in Risk Programs (WIR) in Global Risk. Support and in some instances, manage or provide advisory services on all other Risk talent programs including but not limited to, the Consumer Risk Program (ACCEL), Commercial Remedial Fellowship Program, the Global Risk Organization for Women (GROW).
Specific Program Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day responsibilities and associated milestones (participant selection, rotation management and matching, development plans, final placements, etc.)
Coordinate and liaise effectively with Risk Managers globally to understand business needs and priorities, staff teams appropriately, ensure assignments and activities are in line with development
Mentor program participants with their Career Development Plans
Close management of the RTF Team Project; including idea solicitation in conjunction with the RMEC and RTDC, and coordination with all relevant stakeholders and Project Sponsors/Managers
Responsibility for all alumnae events, initiatives, and efforts to provide ongoing career development support
Development of thorough program metrics and analytics, on an ongoing basis and management of talent reports of all program participants
Create and manage curriculum for Learning Series, Orientation Week and other training throughout the program year, including vendor selection and management as well as coordinating with internal constituents and speakers.

Undergraduate degree required; Master's Degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, a plus
