AFAR Media, the leading experiential travel media company, is looking for a Digital Campaign Manager who will work closely with the Sales, Operations and Marketing teams to ensure that digital ad campaigns are executed perfectly, deliver in full, and always meet or exceed a client’s goals. This pivotal role in the organization reports to the Digital Ad Operations Manager and will support the Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to perform any post-sale, display media task related to digital campaign management. This role requires daily use of DoubleClick for Publishers and other third party ad servers and verification vendors to manage and report on campaign delivery and performance, provides best-in-class client service, and ensures campaigns bill accurately and in a timely fashion.
Success in this role requires strong analytic, problem-solving, and people skills. The ability to be solution-oriented and to communicate effectively at multiple levels both internally and within client / agency businesses is essential for successful performance. Attention to detail and the ability to remain focused under pressure are key capabilities in this role. Strong entrepreneurial spirit and proven track record of success implementing and managing digital campaigns is a must.

Responsible for the implementation and execution of all digital ad campaigns
Work with trafficking team to ensure all campaigns launch on time with proper assets
Ensure all digital ad campaigns deliver in full and meet client performance KPIs
Report weekly to sales and management on campaign pacing, delivery, performance, and optimization needs
Communicate with clients and agencies regarding outstanding campaign assets, weekly status updates and campaign optimization requests
Work with the Sales, Operations and Finance teams on the month end close and revenue recognition process by ensuring revenue is accurately reported and invoiced to client specification
Work in conjunction with the Digital Sales Directors to provide campaign wrap-up reporting that will offer the client valuable insights and recommendations for future campaigns
Aid in trouble shooting all aspects of a client’s campaign to ensure customer satisfaction. This will include but not be limited to: resolving billing and delivery discrepancies, working with third and fourth party technology, verification and research vendors, and working with internal business units
1-3 years digital media experience required
BA/BS with industry emphasis or related digital experience
Strong attention to detail with exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
Goal oriented with strong drive to learn and constantly improve
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work successfully both independently and within a team environment
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, across multiple clients
Exhibits proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
Experience with first party ad servers and verification vendors; Doubleclick for Publishers and MOAT a plus
Experience with third party ad server and verification vendor reporting such as DFA, Sizmek, IAS, and Double Verify a plus
