Position Description: W Magazine is looking for an intern for the Fall Semesters to help in the marketing promotions department assisting with event execution and the merchandising team. You MUST be eligible to receive college credit. Specific duties in assisting with execution of events include: -maintaining rsvp lines -organizing rsvp lists -scheduling/planning invites -coordinating timelines -assisting with budgets -research venues for event production -makes calls -check rsvps -delivering items -locational searches for event items -on-site execution (in instances) -assist with compiling powerpoint recap -Sales Meetings/Parties Other duties include: -Maintenance of promotion inventory & closet -Working with the art department for ideas for advertorial creatives
Requirements
Must be able to receive undergraduate college credit.
